Pricing

$225, which includes: one family, couple or Welcome Home Baby portrait session along with the full final digital gallery of high resolution images. Additional prints or other products can be purchased from your gallery.

$550, which includes: one extended family portrait session along with the full final digital gallery of high resolution images. Additional prints or other products can be purchased from your gallery.

Gift Certificates toward specialty sessions and senior portraits are negotiated on a session by session basis. Please contact for pricing.

Here's how it works:

Fill out the form below to submit a Gift Certificate request.
You will receive an invoice via e-mail for the total amount within 24 hours.
This form will ask how you'd like your certificate to be sent to your lucky recipient. Once your invoice is taken care of, your Gift Certificate will be sent to your recipient between 1-3 business days.
Your recipient is responsible for contacting HSC to initiate the booking process. *Please allow four weeks from desired session time frame to inquire.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in Heather Smallwood Creative! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting the form above. These Terms & Conditions will also be included along with the Gift Certificate (either emailed or mailed) for the benefit of your recipient.

This Gift Certificate is good for one (1) family, extended, engagement or anniversary portrait session scheduled during the 2024 calendar year. Recipient may not use this Gift Certificate to book a 2025 (or any year thereafter) portrait session. Once purchased, HSC Gift Certificates are non-refundable. If the Gift Certificate is not used by 12/31/2024, the funds are forfeited and the certificate is considered expired. Expired Gift Certificates are not eligible for a refund. Gift Certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The certificate covers the session fee and an all-inclusive gallery of digital images, edited with the standard HSC post processing workflow. No canvases, prints or other merchandise are included. All-inclusive means that every acceptable image will be edited and included in the final digital gallery, and there is not a limit to how many images could be included. HSC does not guarantee any specific number of images in final galleries. Further retouching can be requested by the client but may require additional fees, to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Session locations that exceed 20 miles from 63303 are subject to a $25 travel fee, to be paid by the client during the booking process. If purchaser elects to have their Gift Certificate mailed to their recipient, a $6 fee to cover materials, time and postage will be added onto the invoice.

The recipient of this Gift Certificate is responsible for initiating the booking process. The recipient may call, text, email or submit a web inquiry to get in touch with Heather Smallwood Creative to book their shoot. All clients, including those who use Gift Certificates as their form of payment, must complete the standard booking process in order to secure their session date & time. Please initiate this process a minimum of four weeks prior to your desired date. Heather Smallwood Creative will make every effort to find a mutually agreeable date/time for your session, however, last-minute inquiries are not guaranteed an appointment time. Fall family portrait session availability is limited so please inquire no later than Sept. 15, 2024 to secure a spot. Outdoor sessions are available April 1, 2024 - December 3, 2024, weather permitting. Precipitation (ie. rain, snow), temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit or heat indices in excess of 95 degrees Fahrenheit will require rescheduling.

Mailed Gift Certificates will be sent to the recipient's address via USPS listed on the submission form within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. Tracking information is not available at this time. Recipient will receive an envelope with a paper Gift Certificate and these Terms and Conditions enclosed. Alternatively, you may request to have a physical Gift Certificate mailed to your house and personally give it to your recipient yourself. The surcharge for selecting this option is $6, which goes toward postage, time and materials for processing the order.

Sessions will take place in the Saint Charles, Missouri and surrounding metro area. Locations that require traveling more than one hour from the studio ZIP code are not offered at this time.

Additional Terms and Conditions may be added at any time, should the need arise to amend this list. Anyone who has purchased a Gift Certificate and has not yet completed their photo shoot will be notified of any amendments, clarifications or updates to this list using the e-mail address listed on the invoice.
